Brighton Learning Center is seeking Breakers to support our classrooms across our Barry, Euclid, and North Oak locations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, supporting teachers, and helping create a positive, engaging environment where young learners can thrive.
As a Breaker, you’ll work across classrooms and age groups, providing valuable support to ensure each day runs smoothly. Your flexibility and positive attitude will help our team maintain the nurturing, fun, and safe learning environment that Brighton Learning Center is known for.
What You'll Do:
✨ Provide support in multiple classrooms and age groups throughout the day.
✨ Assist lead teachers with daily routines, activities, and transitions.
✨ Help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming learning environments.
✨ Step in wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations across the center.

- High school diploma required.

Toddler Teacher (North Oak)

Brighton Learning Center is looking for a Toddler Teacher to join our team at our North Oak location. In this role, you’ll help create a warm, nurturing environment where toddlers feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them. You’ll play an important role in guiding children through early learning experiences while helping them build confidence, independence, and social skills.
As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll work closely with your classroom team to create engaging daily activities that support each child’s development while maintaining the safe, positive atmosphere Brighton Learning Center families know and trust.
What You'll Do:
✨ Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning activities that support toddlers’ curiosity and development.
✨ Guide children through important milestones such as potty training, communication, and early social skills.

As an Infant and Toddler Teacher, you’ll play an important role in guiding children through their earliest developmental milestones. From sensory exploration and early communication to building trust and comfort, you’ll help lay the foundation for lifelong learning in a caring and engaging classroom.
What You'll Do:
✨ Provide attentive daily care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and comfort.
✨ Implement sensory play, tummy time, and activities that support early language and motor development.
