At Brighton Learning Center, we are a close-knit team that goes above and beyond to create a family feel in our centers and we're thrilled to say that the Brighton Chain has expanded! Our facilities provide state-of-the-art security throughout, giving our parents complete peace of mind as to the safety of their precious children.
Our team is highly qualified in all aspects of childcare. We continually invest in our team and provide opportunities to further their knowledge and development which maintains their motivation, commitment, and enjoyment. This could be through long-term qualification routes, short courses or in-house training.

Do you enjoy being a flexible team player and making a difference wherever you’re needed?
Brighton Learning Center is seeking Breakers to support our classrooms across our Barry, Euclid, and North Oak locations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, supporting teachers, and helping create a positive, engaging environment where young learners can thrive.
As a Breaker, you’ll work across classrooms and age groups, providing valuable support to ensure each day runs smoothly. Your flexibility and positive attitude will help our team maintain the nurturing, fun, and safe learning environment that Brighton Learning Center is known for.
What You'll Do:
✨ Provide support in multiple classrooms and age groups throughout the day.
✨ Assist lead teachers with daily routines, activities, and transitions.
✨ Help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming learning environments.
✨ Step in wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations across the center.
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma required.
- Previous experience in childcare (preferred).
- A collaborative, dependable team player.

Toddler Teacher (North Oak)
Do you have a passion for working with toddlers and helping them grow through some of the most exciting early developmental milestones?
Brighton Learning Center is looking for a Toddler Teacher to join our team at our North Oak location. In this role, you’ll help create a warm, nurturing environment where toddlers feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them. You’ll play an important role in guiding children through early learning experiences while helping them build confidence, independence, and social skills.
As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll work closely with your classroom team to create engaging daily activities that support each child’s development while maintaining the safe, positive atmosphere Brighton Learning Center families know and trust.
What You'll Do:
✨ Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning activities that support toddlers’ curiosity and development.
✨ Guide children through important milestones such as potty training, communication, and early social skills.
✨ Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment where toddlers can explore and learn.
✨ Build positive, supportive relationships with children and their families.
✨ Communicate with parents about their child’s progress, development, and daily experiences.

As an Infant and Toddler Teacher, you’ll play an important role in guiding children through their earliest developmental milestones. From sensory exploration and early communication to building trust and comfort, you’ll help lay the foundation for lifelong learning in a caring and engaging classroom.
What You'll Do:
✨ Provide attentive daily care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and comfort.
✨ Implement sensory play, tummy time, and activities that support early language and motor development.
✨ Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families.
✨ Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment designed for early exploration.
✨ Observe and track developmental milestones while communicating regularly with parents about their child’s growth and daily experiences.
